Our newest company TriLink Builders Ltd. was started in June of 2014 with our vision to build a select few, custom homes per year as well as new additions and new developments in the Residential sector. On the Commercial side, we also do Tenant Improvements. In a nutshell, we felt that our business philosophy and great pricing that started in our sister company Prism Interiors ltd., should be available to ALL Clients in other areas of building, such as new home construction, additions and new developments, and commercial tenant improvements as well.
TriLink Builders Ltd. maintains the same philosophies as Prism Interiors Ltd. by providing our Clients with full pricing transparency of all our trade partner and supplier quotes throughout their project. This includes passing on our Builder pricing in every aspect, to you our Client, and our management fee is second to none. Quite simply, our primary focus is to separate ourselves from our competitors. We choose to save you from paying retail pricing even with our management fee included because that is how we do things differently. With the best trade partners in Calgary working with us, we won’t compromise on quality and workmanship even as we’re saving you money.
To take it one step further, you will be hands-on throughout the entire home building or renovation process as we feel it is important to not only have a great working relationship with our company, but also with our trade partners and suppliers who are working in your home as well. You will meet them personally and get to know everyone on a first name basis as this is the only way we believe that we can accomplish what best suits your needs, functionality, design and vision.
We pride ourselves on being one of the only Companies in Calgary who provide all of our Clients with copies of our current Certificate of Insurance, Contractor’s licensing, and Government Surety Bond in order to accept Client retainers. As an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau, Canadian Home Builders Association, Renomark, WCB and Partners in Reduction (safety), our Clients can readily review all of our legitimate credentials without the worry of receiving any misleading information or fake reviews. All of our Trade Partners working with us must also carry a minimum of 2 million in Liability insurance as well as maintain their current WCB for all their employees. You need to have peace of mind and we openly offer that to our Clients without hesitation.
